The Luna & Nova Show is a live talk show that runs twelve hours a day, every day. Luna and Nova are fictional sisters with their own personalities, their own history and their own running jokes, presenting from a virtual New York apartment. They discuss real news: the headlines come from the same public news sources you read yourself.
Their opinions, their banter and their questionable theories are generated live during the broadcast. Nothing is pre-recorded and no two shows are the same. When a story breaks, the sisters pick it up the same day, react to it in their own voice, and usually disagree about it within the first minute.
The show runs on a single computer. A pipeline of self-hosted tools gathers the day's headlines from public news feeds and hands them to the show's engine. A language model writes the conversation live, in character, line by line. Text to speech gives each sister her own voice, and facial animation technology translates those voices into lip movement and expression on the virtual hosts, which are built and rendered in a real-time 3D engine.
All of it happens in real time, every evening, on hardware that sits in one room and occasionally needs a fan cleaned.
Everything around the broadcast is human work. The show's creator designed the sisters and their personalities, built the studio, wrote and tuned the systems that run the broadcast, and chooses which news sources the show draws from. After every show he reviews what the sisters said, picks the best moments by hand, edits them into the clips you see on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, and writes the posts that go with them.
That editorial role matters to us. The sisters generate the conversation, but a human decides what the show is, what it draws from, and what gets published. When they get something wrong, a human notices and corrects the record.
We label the show and clips as AI-generated on every platform that offers a label, and the channels say it plainly: the hosts are AI. We do not present Luna and Nova as real people, and we never use their voices or faces to impersonate anyone real. When the show covers real people, the source is a real published headline, and the commentary is clearly opinion and satire in the tradition of every late night desk before them.

Because live television with a desk, two hosts and too many opinions is one of the best formats ever invented, and we wanted to see what it becomes when the hosts never sleep, never run out of takes, and genuinely do not know where the conversation is going either. Some evenings it is sharp. Some evenings a Polaroid of a dog derails everything. That is live television.
